Altos de
Puente Romano.
Between two worlds.
Centrally located on Marbella's Golden Mile, between Marbella town and Puerto Banús, yet removed from their crowds. At your feet — the Puente Romano resort and Forum Marbella: cafés, boutiques, tennis, and the Michelin-starred dining of Dani García's Leña. Above — La Concha, its trails, and the silence of the sierra.
One private hillside.
Altos de Puente Romano is a single gated community of luxury villas, carved into the hillside above Puente Romano. One gate. One patrol. A small, discreet neighbourhood of private homes — each with its own garden, pool, and view.
A family address, quietly held.
The villas sit on generous plots — private gardens, lap pools, mature palms and olives — most built over two or three floors, with roof solariums that open onto the Mediterranean and La Concha at once.
Architecture is mixed. Some homes are classic Andalusian: whitewashed façades, terracotta roofs, wrought iron, fountains. Others are avant-garde — flat roofs, floor-to-ceiling glass, spa levels below ground.
What the residents share is not a style but a tempo. Families on foot in the morning, children between the pools in the afternoon, neighbours walking down to Forum Marbella or Puente Romano for dinner and back up the hill after. A village rhythm, kept private by one gate.
At the foot of the hill.
Villa Montilla.
Spacious. Private. La Concha at your back, the Mediterranean at your feet. Sea views from the roof solarium. Walking distance to the resort and the beach.
A day at Altos.
Mediterranean Light.
Coffee on the terrace. Down the hill to Forum Marbella — a flat white at Kofficlub, a pastry at Nybakat, a paseo along the promenade before the crowds arrive.
The High Stillness.
Trails into La Concha, tennis on the Manolo Santana courts, or the salt of Playa Nagüeles. The hillside holds the heat longer than the coast.
The Blue Hour.
Dinner at Nobu, Cipriani, Sea Grill, or Dani García's Leña — all walkable, all down the hill. The climb home at night is the best part.
